👋 hello there

I am part musician, part researcher, and a bit of a craftsman, but always a designer.

My journey here has been somewhat unconventional, as I have academic background in music, marketing, graphic design, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in visual arts. I have also worked as a freelancer and started my own SaaS Company.

However, I believe that knowledge in related fields and even in less obvious ones allows me to have more tools to apply in my everyday work.

besides design

music (of course!), collecting vinyl records and books, playing games, and even crafting handmade gifts.

I enjoy having a good cup of coffee and simply relaxing. You know that stretch that takes the weight off your shoulders? I try to make that part of my routine.

These days, I'm more of a homebody and I try to cultivate different hobbies. The latest one was starting to collect comics I loved as a child and reminiscing about the past.

Every now and then, I like to design icons using the golden ratio grid (strange, I know).

academic life

drawing correlations across different areas

In academia, I strive to bring forth discussions about accessibility and the role of designers in creating interfaces.

That's me right there, presenting my specialization work to the rector of UNICAMP (one of the top events of my life).

These days, my research is focused on synesthesia and the visual representation of Kandinsky in his book "Point and Line to Plane."
